Return Policy for YOGAMAYA:
At YOGAMAYA, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. Each item is carefully crafted and inspected to ensure it meets our rigorous standards. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a return is necessary. Please review our return policy below:
Return Eligibility:
1. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
3. Only regular priced items are eligible for return. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items:
1. Gift cards.
2. Downloadable software products.
3. Health and personal care items.
Return Process:
1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@yogamaya.com within the 7-day window.
2. Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions, including the return shipping address.
Return Shipping:
1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process:
1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
2. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Exchange Policy:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
